List of Union Officers. The Union shall supply the Office of State Employment Relations and the Contract Administrator, in writing, and shall maintain with the Office of State Employment Relations and the Contract Administrator on a current basis, the complete list of all officers of the Union. Should a Union officer appoint a designee, the Union shall furnish the name of such designee to the Contract Administrator. The Union shall notify the Office of State Employment Relations and the Contract Administrator and each University Department, in writing, of the TAA representative for that Department.

  • Union Officers Employees hereafter elected or appointed to full­ time Union office shall be granted a leave of absence without loss of sen­ iority but without accumulating seniority during the period of the leave of absence.
