License and Permitted Use. 4.1 Licensee hereby is granted a License to use the Software, in object code form only, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Software shall be used solely for Licensee's internal business purposes by its authorized personnel, subject to CPU and User restrictions, only on the Computer and only at the Installation Location described in the applicable Rider. Use of the Software on other additional computers of Licensee requires additional fees as specified below. 4.1.1

You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing nanoGriptech's name or trademarks without our prior written consent. You may not misuse the Online Services. You may use our Online Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by nanoGriptech automatically terminate if you do not comply with these terms and conditions. nanoGriptech reserves the right to refuse service, terminate your rights to use our Online Services, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Aside from this limited license, nothing found on the Product may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, transferred, or modified without Provider's express written permission. In addition, the trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Product are Provider's property or the property of Provider's licensors. License and Permitted Use. Getty Images hereby grants to Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicenseable right and license, during the term of this Agreement, to access and use the Web Services and the Licensed Material (as such terms are defined below) solely to internally evaluate the Web Services on a trial, non-production basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any published specifications for the Web Services that Getty Images makes available from time to time. “Web Services” means a set of APIs (Application Program Interfaces) that enable access to certain Getty Images core functions, together with any HTML scripts, sample source code, documentation, executables, content or materials (other than Licensed Material) that Getty Images provides or makes available in connection with such APIs. “Licensed Material” means all still images, film or video footage, audio products, and other products protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights that Getty Images makes accessible to Licensee through the Web Services.
