Data Mining. 4.1. Provider agrees not to use GLO Data for unrelated commercial purposes, advertising or advertising-related services, or for any other purpose not explicitly authorized by the GLO in this Contract or any document related thereto.
Data Mining. 11.1 You must not conduct any systematic or automated data scraping, data mining, data extraction or data harvesting, or other systematic or automated data collection activity, by means of or in relation to the Services.

The Provider may deliver services to the District that include intelligent analytical features such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and this functionality is not prohibited by this agreement.
