Sample Source Code definition

Sample Source Code means those portions of the Materials that are Source Code and are identified as sample code. Sample Source Code may not have been tested nor validated by Intel and is provided purely as a programming example.
Sample Source Code is those portions of the Materials that are Source Code files and are identified as sample source code, including without limitation, the IPP Sample Source.
Sample Source Code means Source Code that is used to demonstrate the use of the Software for Licensed Product as defined above.

  • The Cognex Software may contain Sample Source Code (as defined below) that Licensee is permitted to include in Licensee’s applications subject to this Sample Source Code License.

Sample Source Code means source code distributed with the Cognex Software that is identified either in the file name or folder title as sample(s), sample code, sample application code, or the like, or which is otherwise made available to Licensee as sample application development code. "Derivative Sample Source Code" means any work in source code format that is based upon or derived from the Sample Source Code or which contains or incorporates any portion of the Sample Source Code, such as a revision, modification, translation (including compilation or recapitulation by computer), abridgment, condensation, expansion, or any other form in which the Sample Source Code may be recast, transformed, or adapted, and that, if prepared without authorization by Cognex as the owner of the pre-existing work, would constitute a copyright infringement.
Sample Source Code is the source code file(s) that: (i) demonstrate(s) certain functions for particular purposes;

  • Company Source Code means, collectively, any software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, any material portion or aspect of software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, or any material proprietary information or algorithm contained in or relating to any software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, of any Company-Owned Intellectual Property or Company Products.

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Data Source Annual Fiscal Audit Report, Terms of Debt, Other Formal Notifications Received by School. Default Rubric Exceeds Standard The school has met standard for at least 3 consecutive years. Meets Standard The school is not in default of any financial obligations, and did not experience any instances of default during the fiscal year. Financial obligations include, but are not limited to, making payments to vendors and utility services on time, complying with all loan covenants, filing any reports required for maintenance of grants or philanthropic funds, meeting all tax obligations, and operating without financial judgements or property liens. Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations. Does Not Meet Standard School is currently in default of financial obligations.

  • Open Source Software means software or similar subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative or as a free software license by the Free Software Foundation.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.
