Generated Content definition

Generated Content means data, information, content or other materials that may be generated by or through Products.
Generated Content means any and all information, text, templates, reports, data, videos, charts, graphs, analysis, educational or technical data, materials or any other information, content or data that is created, processed or generated on the iDeaL Platform, or arises from using or accessing the iDeaL Platform.
Generated Content means content generated, created, made or otherwise brought about as a result of using the App and/or the Services, or uploaded by you to the App.

  • If Student-Generated Content is stored or maintained by the Provider, Provider shall, at the request of the LEA, transfer, or provide a mechanism for the LEA to transfer, said Student- Generated Content to a separate account created by the student.

  • Provider shall, at the request of the LEA, transfer Student Generated Content to a separate student account.

  • Operator shall, at the request of the LEA, make Data available including Pupil Generated Content in a readily accessible format.

  • By sending User Generated Content on, to or through the Services, you release Red Hat of any duty or obligation it might otherwise have to review or act in response to the User Generated Content, and of any duty or obligation that it might otherwise have to you in connection with any action it chooses to take in response to your User Generated Content.

  • If Red Hat becomes aware of User Generated Content that violates this Agreement that it believes to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, Red Hat may act to restrict access to or availability of the material and/or Services, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, or may take other action as described elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • Red Hat maintains a strict policy of not accepting or considering any creative ideas, suggestions or materials from the public ("Unsolicited Idea(s)") and therefore you should not submit any Unsolicited Ideas to Red Hat in any User Generated Content on, to or through the Services or otherwise.


More Definitions of Generated Content

Generated Content means the output of the Product, which may include text, images, charts, and other data and materials. For the purposes of the Agreement, Generated Content may include Licensed Content, but not all Generated Content is Licensed Content.
Generated Content. The term “Student-Generated Content” means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing student ownership of student content.
