Getty Images in this Agreement means Getty Images (US), Inc. and, where the context implies, each of the entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Getty Images (US), Inc. This Agreement applies to all audio content (including without limitation musical compositions, lyrics, sound recordings, and sound effects) (“Content”) that you have previously submitted and, in the future, will submit, that is accepted for distribution by Getty Images (“Accepted Content”).   • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
