LEGAL SUPPORT SERVICES. CONTRACTOR shall provide at least the following legal support services on each claim wherein the claimant has commenced litigation: (a) Upon notification by PRINCIPAL that litigation has been filed on an open claim, CONTRACTOR shall notify PRINCIPAL and, in accordance with PRINCIPAL’S instructions, the PRINCIPAL'S excess insurance carrier and/or excess reporting authority, pool or group (the “excess entity”) and/or trial attorney assigned by PRINCIPAL to handle the case and provide such excess entity and/or trial attorney with all information and files concerning claim; (b) maintain liaison with PRINCIPAL'S excess entity and/or trial attorney and provide such investigation services as are required by such attorney during pre-trial and trial stages: and (c) assist PRINCIPAL'S excess entity and/or trial attorney with discovery and other legal processes.
LEGAL SUPPORT SERVICES. Except in relation WR $FFX6RXUFH¶V H[SUHVV LQG obligations, if any, set forth in this Agreement, if AccuSource (including any of its affiliates and subsidiaries) assists Client or is otherwise required to participate in preparation for, defense of, or responding to any legal or regulatory proceedings involving or relating to Client, including, ZLWKRXW OLPLWDWLRQ VXESRHQDV GHSRVLWSLupRpoQrtV KHDULQJV 6HUYLFCHlieVnt´shall reimburse AccuSource for all costs and expenses AccuSource UHDVRQDEO\ LQFXUV LQ FRQQHFWLRQ WKHUHZLWK LQFOXGLQJ fees and disbursements. AccuSource will use reasonable efforts to provide Client advance notice prior to AccuSource participating in any Legal Support Services or otherwise incurring costs and expenses that are subject to reimbursement by Client pursuant to this Section 15. Except to the extent required by applicable Law, AccuSource is under no obligation to provide Legal Support Services to Client and will evaluate such matters on a case by case basis.

Except in relation to AccuSource’s express indemnity obligations, if any, set forth in this Agreement, if AccuSource (including any of its affiliates and subsidiaries) assists Client or is otherwise required to participate in preparation for, defense of, or responding to any legal or regulatory proceedings involving or relating to Client, including, without limitation, subpoenas, depositions, hearings and trials (collectively, “Legal Support Services”), Client shall reimburse AccuSource for all costs and expenses AccuSource reasonably incurs in connection therewith, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements. AccuSource will use reasonable efforts to provide Client advance notice prior to AccuSource participating in any Legal Support Services or otherwise incurring costs and expenses that are subject to reimbursement by Client pursuant to this Section 15. Except to the extent required by applicable Law, AccuSource is under no obligation to provide Legal Support Services to Client and will evaluate such matters on a case by case basis.
LEGAL SUPPORT SERVICES. Amata makes certified paralegals and other legal assistants (collectively “Team Members”) available for you to engage on a contract basis, who you may use to assist you with certain tasks. Legal support services are tasks that are legal in nature, done for the benefit of your client(s) in matters connected with the law and/or that require licensed attorney supervision and responsibility by applicable law or rule, including, but not limited to, the tasks identified as legal support services in Amata’s Program Service Pricing guide, hereby incorporated herein by reference, the effective version of which may be found on Amata’s website, xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/services (“Legal Support Services”). Under this Agreement, you also may engage Team Members on a contract basis to assist you with administrative or general support services, including, but not limited to, such services identified in the effective Program Service Pricing guide. Legal Support Services do not include certain tasks, including, but not limited to, rendering legal advice, providing legal consultation or any services that otherwise would interfere with the attorney-client relationship. Whether a requested service is a Legal Support Service or not, or an administrative or general support service or not, under this Agreement will be determined by Amata at its sole discretion. Amata reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, suspend or terminate services to anyone under this Agreement for any reason or no reason at any time without incurring any liability to you.

Except in relation to HireRight`s express indemnity obligations set forth in this Agreement, if any, if HireRight (including any of its affiliates and subsidiaries) assists Subscriber or is otherwise required to participate in preparation for, defense of, or responding to any legal or regulatory proceedings involving or relating to Subscriber, including, without limitation, subpoenas, depositions, hearings and trials (collectively, "Legal Support Services"), Subscriber shall reimburse HireRight for all costs and expenses HireRight reasonably incurs in connection therewith, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys` fees and disbursements. HireRight will use reasonable efforts to provide Subscriber advance notice prior to HireRight participating in any Legal Support Services or otherwise incurring costs and expenses that are subject to reimbursement by Subscriber pursuant to this Section 15. Except to the extent required by applicable Law, HireRight is under no obligation to provide Legal Support Services to Subscriber and will evaluate such matters on a case by case basis.
