Securities Authorities definition

Securities Authorities means the Ontario Securities Commission and equivalent securities regulatory authorities in each other province and territory of Canada, and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission;
Securities Authorities means the applicable securities commissions and other securities regulatory authorities in Canada and the United States;
Securities Authorities means the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Alberta Securities Commissions and the applicable securities commission or securities regulatory authority of each of the other provinces and territories of Canada, the SEC and U.S. state securities commissions or securities regulatory authorities.
