Each Claim definition

Each Claim means all claims arising from the same act, error or omission.
Each Claim. $10 million Each Policy Period: $10 million Sublimit for all Security Derivative Demands: $250,000 Term: July 22, 2003 to July 22, 2004.
Each Claim means that regardless of the number of abusive or molesting acts, communications or corporal punishments, period of time over which such acts, communications or punishments occur or number of persons acted upon or molested or abused or punished by such acts, punishments or communications, all “abuse or molestation injury” arising out of all acts, punishments and communications by one person, or by two or more persons acting together, will be considered one claim, subject to the “Each Claim” limit of insurance.

  • Each Claim Notice shall state the amount of claimed Damages (the "Claimed Amount") and the basis for such claim.

  • Each Claim Notice shall describe in reasonable detail the facts known to the Indemnified Party giving rise to such Claim and the amount or good faith estimate of the amount of Losses arising therefrom.

Related to Each Claim

  • Claim means any action, claim, obligation, liability, expense, lawsuit, demand, suit, inquiry, hearing, investigation, notice of a violation, litigation, proceeding, arbitration, or other dispute, whether civil, criminal, administrative or otherwise, whether pursuant to contractual obligations or otherwise.

  • Litigation Claims means the claims, rights of action, suits or proceedings, whether in law or in equity, whether known or unknown, that any Debtor or any Estate may hold against any Person or Entity, including, without limitation, the Causes of Action of the Debtors or their Estates, in each case solely to the extent of the Debtors’ or their Estates’ interest therein. A non-exclusive list of the Litigation Claims held by the Debtors as of the Effective Date will be Filed with the Plan Supplement, which will be deemed to include any derivative actions filed against any Debtor as of the Effective Date.

  • Exculpated Claim means any Claim related to any act or omission in connection with, relating to, or arising out of the Debtors’ post-petition restructuring efforts, the Chapter 11 Cases, formulation, preparation, dissemination, negotiation, filing, solicitation of acceptances, confirmation, approval, implementation, or administration of the Disclosure Statement, the Plan, the settlements and agreements contained in the Plan, the property to be distributed under the Plan or any contract, instrument, release, or other agreement or document created or entered into in connection with the Disclosure Statement or the Plan, the filing of the Debtors’ Chapter 11 Cases, the pursuit of entry of a Confirmation Order, the distribution of property under the Plan, or any other related agreement; provided, however, that Exculpated Claims shall not include any act or omission that is determined in a Final Order to have constituted willful misconduct or gross negligence. For the avoidance of doubt, no Claim, Cause of Action, obligation, or liability expressly set forth in or preserved by the Plan constitutes an Exculpated Claim.

  • 503(b)(9) Claim means a Claim or any portion thereof entitled to administrative expense priority pursuant to section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Indemnified Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
