LEGAL CONSULTATION. Both parties have been accorded a reasonable opportunity to review this Agreement with legal counsel prior to executing this Agreement.
LEGAL CONSULTATION. 39. The Executive and the Company acknowledge and agree that both parties have been accorded a reasonable opportunity to review this Agreement with legal counsel prior to executing the agreement.
LEGAL CONSULTATION. The Licensee must submit any proposed changes to the written language of this Agreement during the Reservation Request process. The Licensee intending to submit alternate language must request a word document version of the License Agreement; any alternate language must be submitted electronically as a word document (.doc or .docx) and showing the requested changes using “Track Changes” during the second phase of the reservation request process. Alternate language will be reviewed by GW’s Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. The Licensee will only correspond with GW Housing, not directly with GW’s Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. GW Housing staff will communicate the acceptance or denial of this alternate language within forty-five (45) days of submission. If denied, the Licensee will either need to cancel their reservation or accept this Agreement in its original form.
LEGAL CONSULTATION. 35. Each party acknowledges that it has carefully read this Agreement, that he, she or it has had an opportunity to consult with his, her or its attorney concerning the meaning, import and legal significance of this Agreement, that it understands the terms of the Agreement, that all understandings and agreements between Executive and the Bank relating to the subjects covered in this Agreement are contained in it, and that it has entered into the Agreement voluntarily and not in reliance on any promises or representations by the other than those contained in this Agreement.

The Executive and the Company acknowledge and agree that both parties have been accorded a reasonable opportunity to review this Agreement with legal counsel prior to executing the agreement. The Executive acknowledges that he is not represented by Jenkens & Xxxxxxxxx, P.C. in connection with the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement, and that Jenkens & Xxxxxxxxx, P.C. represents the Company.
LEGAL CONSULTATION. Executive acknowledges that he has been given a reasonable opportunity to review this Agreement with legal counsel prior to his execution of this Agreement.
LEGAL CONSULTATION. The Licensee must submit any proposed changes to the written language of this Agreement during the Reservation Request or the Pre-Contracting process. The Licensee intending to submit alternate language must submit it electronically as a (.PDF) document showing the requested changes using the Comments function to offer alternate language for consideration. Alternate language will be reviewed by GW’s CLRE in consultation with GW’s Office of General Counsel. The Licensee will only correspond with GW CLRE, not directly with GW’s Office of General Counsel. GW CLRE staff will communicate the acceptance or denial of specific alternate language and will provide an Agreement Supplemental outlining approved alternate language as part of the Reservation Confirmation. If denied, the Licensee will either need to cancel their reservation or accept this Agreement in its original form.
LEGAL CONSULTATION. Escrow Agent may consult with legal counsel in the event of any dispute or question as to the construction of this Agreement or Escrow Agent’s duties hereunder, and Escrow Agent will incur no liability and will be fully protected in acting in accordance with the opinion and the instruction of such counsel made in good faith.
LEGAL CONSULTATION. One telephonic and/or 30-minute in-person legal consultation per legal matter on issues such as divorce, real estate, custody and DUI’s. Legal consultations do not cover employment related issues.
LEGAL CONSULTATION. Executive acknowledges that he has had ample and reasonable opportunity to seek the advice of independent legal counsel of Executive’s own choosing with respect to his rights and obligations and the legal effect of this Agreement; that he has in fact sought such advice; and that he has read the Agreement, is fully aware of its contents, and fully understands its meaning and legal effect.
