Legal Processes. 1. An administrator shall be released for jury duty or processes directly related to jury duty without loss of pay or accumulated leave time. The administrator will continue on regular payroll and forward payment received for jury duty to the Board.
Legal Processes. You understand and agree that we must comply if we are served with any notice of garnishment or of attachment, tax levy, withholding order, injunction, restraining order, search warrant, government agency request for information, forfeiture, seizure, subpoena, or other legal process relating to your account that we know or otherwise believe in good faith is valid, whether served in person, by mail, or by electronic notification, at any Credit Union branch. You direct us not to contest any such notice of legal process and understand that we are under no obligation to notify you of the legal process and will not notify you if prohibited by law. We may charge a legal processing fee, as set forth in our Schedule of Fees & Charges, and we may assess this fee against any account you maintain with us, including the account that is the subject of the legal process. You understand and agree that if a subpoena or legal process requires us to release information about an owner on an account, we must comply with such request and the information released pursuant to such subpoena or legal process may include information about other owners on the account, even if their information was not expressly requested by the subpoena or legal process. Severability: In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be invalid or unenforceable and will continue in full force and effect. All hearings are intended for reference only and are not to be construed as part of the Agreement.
Legal Processes. In the event that Executive or any of his representatives are requested pursuant to, or required by, applicable law, regulation or legal process to disclose any of the Confidential Information, Executive will notify the Company immediately so that the Company may seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy at its sole cost. In the event that no such protective order or other remedy is obtained, or that the Company waives compliance with the terms of Section 5, Executive or the representative will furnish only that portion of the Confidential Information which Executive or his representatives is legally required to disclose and will exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded the Confidential Information.
Legal Processes. 7.1 If LAERDAL (or any Affiliate of LAERDAL) receives a Legal Process requiring disclosure of Customer Personal Data to a Public Body, LAERDAL shall : (i) promptly notify Customer and provide a copy of the Legal Process unless legally prohibited from doing so; and (ii) give Customer conduct of the response to the Legal Process unless legally prohibited from doing so.

Host and its affiliates, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, agents, joint venturers, employees, and representatives may comply with any writ of attachment, execution, garnishment, tax levy, restraining order, subpoena, warrant or other legal process, which Host reasonably and in good faith believes to be valid. Host may notify Client of such process by electronic communication unless specifically ordered not to effect such notice. Host may charge Client for associated costs, in addition to any legal process fees. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Host harmless from all actions, claims, liabilities, losses, costs, attorney’s fees, or damages associated with Host’s compliance with any process that Host reasonably believes in good faith to be valid.

The Authority is under no liability to pay interest pursuant to this policy for any period after a Contractor has filed a claim, given notice of an intention to file a claim or commenced legal action seeking any payment of interest; interest during such period shall only be paid as directed by the court in accordance with such other provisions of law as may be applicable.
Legal Processes. I agree that the therapy process needs to take priority over Court processes for as long as the therapy continues. This means that I will not make any fresh applications to Court, I will not make complaints to Police, Oranga Tamariki, or my lawyer, as this can create confusion and can make it more difficult to focus on solutions. Instead, if I have any concerns with regard to parenting or child welfare, I will raise these concerns with Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx in the first instance. If Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx agrees that the matter cannot be managed in therapy, or there is a serious safety or legal concern, then she will advise me to approach the relevant authorities. My lawyer has indicated their agreement to this clause by signing this document.
Legal Processes. If the receiving Party is required by a valid order of a court of other governmental body or otherwise required by law to disclose Confidential Information, it shall give the disclosing Party timely written notice of such requirement before disclosing any such information and shall reasonably cooperate with disclosing Party’s efforts to seek a protective order, confidential treatment or other appropriate measures requiring, amongst other things, that the information and/or documents so disclosed be used only for the purposes for which the order was issued and parts of the information and/or documents so disclosed be redacted to limit the extent of disclosure.
