Incurring Costs. The Commission shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any Consultant in the preparation of its proposal for the services requested by this RFP. News Releases No news releases pertaining to this Project shall be made without the Commission’s prior written approval, and then only in consultation with the issuing office and the Commission’s Deputy Executive Director of Communication or his/her designated representative. Addendum to RFPs If at any time prior to receiving proposals it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or if additional information is necessary to enable a firm to make an adequate interpretation of the provisions of this RFP solicitation, an addendum to the RFP will be posted on the Commission’s web site.
