Legal Fund. Section 19.1 The Employer shall make contributions to the “Building Service 32BJ Legal Services Fund” (“Legal Fund”) to provide employees under this Agreement who have completed six (6) months of employment with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees.
Legal Fund. Effective April 1, 2019, contributions to the Legal Fund increase from $7.00 to $9.00 per month per employee.
Legal Fund. 15.1. Each Employer agrees to contribute for all remittances due, through October 31, 2021, the sum of Seven Cents ($.07) per hour worked, not in excess of forty (40) hours per week, for each non-probationary employee employed, to the “SEIU Local 32BJ Building Operators Legal Services Fund” (“Legal Services Fund”), as set forth in the Legal Services Plan enumerating the services to be provided to said Legal Services Fund by the law firm of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, P.C. Effective for all remittances due after November 1, 2021, such contribution rate shall be increased to Eight Cents ($.08) per hour worked, not in excess of forty (40) hours per week, for each non-probationary employee employed. Paid vacations, holidays, personal days, personal holidays, jury duty, funeral leave, and other time off for which employee is paid by the Employer as provided in this Agreement shall be treated as hours worked.
Legal Fund. Article 17 (Legal Fund) shall be modified as follows:

Legal Fund. The Employer shall make contributions to the “Building Service 32BJ Legal Fund” (“Legal Fund”) to provide employees who have completed ninety (90) days of employment under this Agreement with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees. Contributions are not required on behalf of employees on layoff or leave of absence. The rate of contributions to the Legal Fund shall be as follows: Effective 1/1/2024 through 12/31/2024, the Legal Fund contribution rate $14.63 per month per employee Effective 1/1/2025 through 12/31/2026, the Legal Fund contribution rate $1.00 per month per employee Effective 1/1/2027 through 12/31/2027, the Legal Fund contribution rate $14.63 per month per employee By agreeing to make the required payments into the Fund, the Employer hereby adopts and shall be bound by the Agreement and Declaration of Trust as it may be amended and the rules and regulations adopted or hereafter adopted by the Trustees of the Fund in connection with the provision and administration of benefits and the collection of contributions. The Trustees of the Fund shall make such amendments to the Trust Agreement and shall adopt such regulations as may be required to conform to applicable law.
Legal Fund. Effective January 1, 2021, the Employer shall make contributions to the Group Pre-paid Legal Plan payable as the Trustees of the Legal Fund determine. Effective January 1, 2021, the rate of contribution shall be $0.11 per employee per hour paid for all employees who have completed one hundred (120) days of employment, up to 40 hours per week per employee. Effective January 1, 2022, the rate of contribution shall be $0.11 per employee per hour paid for all employees who have completed one hundred (120) days of employment, up to 40 hours per week per employee. Effective January 1, 2023, the rate of contribution shall be $0.02 per employee per hour paid for all employees who have completed one hundred (120) days of employment, up to 40 hours per week per employee. Effective January 1, 2024, the rate of contribution shall be $0.11 per employee per hour paid for all employees who have completed one hundred (120) days of employment, up to 40 hours per week per employee. There shall be a one hundred twenty (120) day waiting period for employees to become eligible to participate in the Fund.
Legal Fund. The Company agrees to contribute up to five (5¢) cents per hour worked by full time and part time employees into a fund to provide legal assistance to eligible full time and part time employees. Such fund to be single employer and jointly trusteed.
Legal Fund. The Employer shall make contributions to the “Building Service 32BJ Legal Services Fund” to cover employees covered by the Agreement with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees. The rate of contribution to the Legal Fund and waiting period shall be as established in the Economic Zone Addendum applicable to each geography.
