Building Service. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.58 et seq., in any contract for building services, as defined in N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.59, the employees of the contractor or subcontractors shall be paid prevailing wage for building services rates, as defined in N.J.S.A. 34:11.56.59. The prevailing wage shall be adjusted annually during the term of the contract.

Building Service. Description – Provide facility management services for owned and leased facilities, excluding power plants. To the extent that leasing arrangements are established between the Parties, lease costs will include rent for space occupied and applicable services, such as operation and maintenance of structures, capital improvements, interior space planning, security and janitorial. As appropriate, these lease costs will be allocated based on ratio of employee occupancy for each affiliate at specific location. Building Service. Charge (eg roof, exterior walls and foundations, security concierge etc). Service charge items which relate to individual buildings will be managed by the owner of the relevant building and will not be included in the Estate service charge arrangements.
Building Service. (a) Tenant shall be responsible for and shall maintain and keep lighted the exterior Premises as determined to be necessary by Tenant. Tenant shall not use, improve, occupy or permit or suffer the use, improvements or occupancy of the Premises or any part thereof or keep or allow to be kept any material, machinery, equipment, substance or other thing in any manner: (i) which will constitute a violation of any law, statute, rule or regulation of any local, state or federal governmental agency or bureau; (ii) will cause any fire insurance or other policy or policies of insurance with respect to the Premises or protecting Landlord to be cancelled or voided; (iii) is in violation of or contrary to interference with any easement, covenant, condition, restriction or agreement to which the Premises or any part thereof or Tenant is subject; or (iv) will constitute a commission of waste.
