Laws and Regulations; Rules of Building. Tenant shall comply with, and shall use its reasonable efforts to cause its employees, agents, visitors and invitees to comply with, all Legal Requirements relating to the use or occupancy of the Leased Premises, and with the rules of the Buildings reasonably adopted and altered by Landlord from time to time for the safety, protection, care and cleanliness of the Leased Premises, the Buildings and the Properties, the operation thereof, the preservation of good order therein and the comfort of the tenants of the Building and their agents, employees and invitees, consistent with Comparable Buildings, which rules and regulations shall be binding upon Tenant upon Tenant’s receipt of notice of the adoption or alteration of such rules and regulations (the “Building Rules”). In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Lease and the Building Rules, the provisions of this Lease shall control. Landlord shall use its reasonable efforts to cause all tenants of the Buildings to comply with the Building Rules to the extent that failure to so comply will materially affect Tenant’s use or enjoyment of the Leased Premises. Landlord shall not enforce the Building Rules with respect to Tenant in a manner that is more restrictive than Landlord’s enforcement of the Building Rules as to any other tenants of the Building. Landlord shall not enforce Tenant’s compliance with Legal Requirements unless (a) Landlord’s failure to do so constitutes a violation of Legal Requirements by Landlord or makes Landlord liable for Tenant’s continuing violation, (b) Landlord is required to do so by any notice of violation, order, decree, permit, rule or regulation issued by any Governmental Authority or (c) Landlord’s failure to do so would, in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, endanger the health, safety or welfare of any person on or about the Leased Premises or the Properties.
Laws and Regulations; Rules of Building. Tenant shall comply with, and Tenant shall cause its agents, contractors, customers, employees, invitees, licensees and servants to

Licensee shall comply with, and Licensee shall cause its employees, agents and invitees to comply with (i) all of the laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations relating to the use and occupancy of the Premises (including, without limitation, all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal and other agencies or bodies having any jurisdiction over the Premises), and (ii) all rules of the Building adopted and altered by Licensor from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and/or Building and for preservation of good order therein.
Laws and Regulations; Rules of Building. Tenant shall comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations (state, federal, municipal, or promulgated by other agencies or bodies having any jurisdiction thereof) relating to the use, condition or occupancy of the Leased Premises, except that Landlord shall be responsible for any changes required to comply with such regulations unless the need therefore arises because of the manner of use of the Leased Premises by Tenant and that would not occur in the event of other general office usage. Tenant will comply with the Rules of the Building adopted by Landlord from time to time (Including those attached hereto as Exhibit C) for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Leased Premises and the Building and for preservation of good order therein, all of which will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and thereafter shall be carried out and observed by Tenant. Landlord shall not be held responsible or liable for the failure of any tenant to observe any Rule of the Building or any other provision of its lease.

Tenant shall comply --------------------------------------- with, and Tenant shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its employees, contractors, agents, invitees and visitors to comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of all state, federal, municipal and other governmental or judicial agencies or bodies relating to the use, condition or occupancy of the Premises and the rules of the Building reasonably adopted and altered by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and Building, subject to the limitations set forth in the last sentence of this Section 4.04. The initial rules of the Building are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit F. Landlord shall employ its good --------- faith efforts to apply such rules in a consistent and even-handed manner as to all tenants of the Building. Landlord agrees that such rules and regulations shall be designed to cause the Building to be operated as a first-class office building. Landlord may make reasonable additions to and amendments of such rules and regulations so long as Tenant's use and enjoyment of, or access to, the Premises is not materially, adversely affected.
Laws and Regulations; Rules of Building. User shall comply with, and User shall cause its visitors, employees, contractors, agents and invitees to comply with, all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations (state, federal, municipal and other agencies or bodies having any jurisdiction thereof) relating to the use, condition or occupancy of the Premises, and with the rules of the Building reasonably adopted and altered by Owner from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building and for preservation of good order therein, all of which Building rules will be sent by Owner to User in writing and shall be thereafter carried out and observed by User, its employees, contractors, agents, invitees and visitors. No change in the rules of the Building shall be binding upon User until Owner sends written notice of such change to User.
Laws and Regulations; Rules of Building. Lessee shall comply with all -------------------------------------- laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations (State, Federal, Parish, municipal and other agencies or bodies having any jurisdiction thereof) relating to the use, condition or occupancy of the Leased Premises. Lessee will comply with written rules of the Building adopted by Lessor from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Leased Premises and for preservation of good order therein as specified in Attachment "B" of this Lease.

Subject to the provisions of Section 4.7(b), Tenant shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations (state, federal, municipal and other agencies or bodies having any jurisdiction thereof) relating to the use, condition or occupancy of the Leased Premises. Tenant will comply with the rules of the Building adopted and altered by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Leased Premises and Building and for preservation of good order therein (the "Rules and Regulations"), all of which will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall be thereafter carried out and observed by Tenant. A copy of the current Rules and Regulations are attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit D for information purposes only and Landlord specifically reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify such Rules and Regulations from time to time as Landlord shall deem necessary and appropriate.

The initial rules of the Building are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit F. Landlord shall employ its good faith efforts to apply such rules in a consistent and even-handed manner as to all tenants of the Building. Landlord agrees that such rules and regulations shall be enforced in a manner designed to cause the Building to be operated as a first-class office building. Landlord may make reasonable additions to and amendments of such rules and regulations so long as Tenant’s use and enjoyment of, or access to, the Premises is not materially, adversely affected.
Laws and Regulations; Rules of Building. Tenant shall, at its sole cost, comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations (state, federal, municipal, or promulgated by other agencies or bodies having jurisdiction over Tenant’s Customary Business and the Leased Premises), and all insurance requirements, relating to use, condition or occupancy of the Leased Premises, except that, subject to the provisions of Section 5.03(i), Landlord shall be responsible for any changes required to comply with such regulations unless the need therefor arises because of Tenant’s manner of use of the Leased Premises and would not occur in the event of other general office usage. Tenant shall comply with the rules of the Building adopted by Landlord from time to time (including those attached hereto as Exhibit C and by this reference incorporated herein) for safety, care and cleanliness of the Leased Premises and the Building, and preservation of good order therein, all of which shall be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall thereafter be carried out and observed by Tenant. Landlord shall not be held responsible or liable for any other tenant’s failure to observe any rule of the Building or any other provision of its lease.
