Laws and Regulations; Rules of Building. Tenant shall comply with, and shall use its reasonable efforts to cause its employees, agents, visitors and invitees to comply with, all Legal Requirements relating to the use or occupancy of the Leased Premises, and with the rules of the Buildings reasonably adopted and altered by Landlord from time to time for the safety, protection, care and cleanliness of the Leased Premises, the Buildings and the Properties, the operation thereof, the preservation of good order therein and the comfort of the tenants of the Building and their agents, employees and invitees, consistent with Comparable Buildings, which rules and regulations shall be binding upon Tenant upon Tenant’s receipt of notice of the adoption or alteration of such rules and regulations (the “Building Rules”). In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Lease and the Building Rules, the provisions of this Lease shall control. Landlord shall use its reasonable efforts to cause all tenants of the Buildings to comply with the Building Rules to the extent that failure to so comply will materially affect Tenant’s use or enjoyment of the Leased Premises. Landlord shall not enforce the Building Rules with respect to Tenant in a manner that is more restrictive than Landlord’s enforcement of the Building Rules as to any other tenants of the Building. Landlord shall not enforce Tenant’s compliance with Legal Requirements unless (a) Landlord’s failure to do so constitutes a violation of Legal Requirements by Landlord or makes Landlord liable for Tenant’s continuing violation, (b) Landlord is required to do so by any notice of violation, order, decree, permit, rule or regulation issued by any Governmental Authority or (c) Landlord’s failure to do so would, in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, endanger the health, safety or welfare of any person on or about the Leased Premises or the Properties.

Laws and Regulations; Rules of Building. The current rules of the Building are attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and their agentsmade a part hereof for all purposes; provided, employees and invitees, consistent with Comparable Buildings, which rules and regulations shall be binding upon Tenant upon Tenant’s receipt of notice of the adoption or alteration of that such rules may be reasonably modified or supplemented by Landlord from time to time upon advance written notice thereof to Tenant, and regulations (the “Building Rules”). In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Lease and the Building Rules, the provisions of this Lease shall control. provided further Landlord shall use its reasonable efforts to cause all tenants of the Buildings to comply with the Building Rules not make changes to the extent that failure to so comply will rules in Exhibit “D” which could materially and adversely affect Tenant’s use rights under the Lease or Tenant’s enjoyment of the Leased Premises. Laws and Regulations; Rules of Building.
