Recorded Documents definition

Recorded Documents. As defined in Section 2.04(b).
Recorded Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 20.6(a)(ii).
Recorded Documents means all easement agreements, cost sharing agreements, covenants, conditions, and restrictions, and all similar agreements affecting the Project, whether now or hereafter recorded against the Project, including the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservations of Easements for the Delaware Street Properties at Bay Xxxxxxx dated January 23, 2013 and recorded January 24, 2013 as Document Number 2013-012341 (the “CC&R’s”).
