Rules of the Building. Provided Landlord enforces the Rules and Regulations of the Building uniformly against all tenants of the Complex, Tenant will comply fully, and will cause Tenant’s agents, employees, and invitees to comply fully with all Rules and Regulations of the Building which are attached hereto as Exhibit “F” and made a part hereof as though fully set out herein. As more particularly provided therein, Landlord shall at all times have the right to change such Rules and Regulations or to amend them in such reasonable manner as Landlord may deem advisable for the safety, protection, care and cleanliness of the Building and appurtenances and for preservation of good order therein, all of which Rules and Regulations, changes and amendments will be forwarded to Tenant in writing and shall be complied with and observed by Tenant and Tenant’s agents, employees and invitees.

As more particularly provided therein, Landlord shall at all times have the right to change such Rules and Regulations or to amend them in such reasonable manner as Landlord may deem advisable for the safety, protection, care and cleanliness of the Building and appurtenances and for preservation of good order therein, all of which Rules and Regulations, changes and amendments will be forwarded to Tenant in writing and shall be complied with and observed by Tenant and Tenant’s agents, employees and invitees.
Rules of the Building. Tenant agrees to keep the Premises in a neat and orderly fashion and to keep all stored items in cartons, file cabinets or other suitable containers. Landlord shall have the right to designate the location within the Premises of any items to be placed therein. All items stored in the Premises shall be elevated at least six inches above the floor on wooden pallets, and shall be at least eighteen inches below the bottom of all sprinklers located in the ceiling of the Premises, if any. Tenant shall not store anything in the Premises which is unsafe or which otherwise may create a hazardous condition, or which may increase Landlord's insurance rates, or cause a cancellation or modification of Landlord's insurance coverage. Without limitation, Tenant shall not store any flammable, combustible or explosive fluid, chemical or substance nor any perishable food or beverage products, except with Landlord's prior written approval. Tenant, Tenant's agents, employees, and invitees will comply fully with the rules and regulations of the Building either attached hereto or delivered to Tenant by Landlord. Landlord shall at all times have the right to change such rules and regulations in such reasonable manner as may be deemed advisable for the safety, care, and cleanliness of the Building, its tenanted areas, and the preservation of good order therein. All such changes will be forwarded to Tenant in writing and shall be carried out and observed by Tenant.
Rules of the Building. Tenant and its officers, managers, employees, agents, visitors, contractors, assigns and licensees shall comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Building Complex attached as Exhibit D, as the same may be reasonably amended from time to time.
Rules of the Building. The tenant agrees that he/she will read, understand and abide by the Building Rules attached hereto as annexure 1. In this regard, the Tenant agrees that any breach of the Building rules will be considered by the Landlord to be a breach of the terms of this Lease and the Lease may be cancelled on this basis.

Tenant and its officers, managers, employees, agents, visitors, contractors, assigns and licensees shall comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Project attached as Exhibit D, as the same may be reasonably amended from time to time. No change in the Rules and Regulations shall be made that would materially and adversely affect Tenant’s ability to use the Premises as originally intended. Tenant shall be required to comply with only those regulations that do not conflict with the terms and conditions of this Lease. The terms of the Lease shall control any conflict with the terms of the Rules and Regulations.
Rules of the Building. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to enforce all Rules and Regulations uniformly against all Building tenants.

Rules of the Building. Lessee, Lessee's agents, employees, and invitees will comply fully with the rules and regulations of the Building attached hereto and incorporated herein. Lessor shall at all times have the right to change such rules and regulations in such reasonable manner as may be deemed advisable for the safety, care, cleanliness of the Building, its tenanted areas, and the preservation of good order therein. All such changes and amendments will be forwarded to Lessee in writing and shall be carried out and observed by Lessee.
