International Airfare. The Chief Executive Officer may authorize a traveler to use an airline's business class for any International Travel segment to avoid or minimize undue physical fatigue due to length of trip, number of travel segments, or changes in time zones, when pre-approved by the Chief Executive Officer in accordance with Form 430.02.02, Request for Pre-Approval to Travel in Business Class. Travel Services may book travel in business class in the following circumstances:

International Airfare. As noted in Paragraph 9 hereof, IPT tours do not include airfare. As a courtesy to you, when you reserve your tour as set forth herein, we will provide to you options for discounted pricing on your airline ticket(s) through our Group Contract Agreement with the airline(s). You acknowledge and agree that, while we help to facilitate your flight arrangements for your tour as set forth herein, your ticket is purchased from the airline in your name. Thus, your contract for your airline ticket(s) is with the applicable airline and not with IPT. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that in the event of a flight change, flight cancellation, tour cancellation, or tour rescheduling, your only remedy for your airfare shall come directly from the airline, and its form and amount (whether voucher or refund and whether in whole or in part) shall be determined solely by the airline, and IPT shall have no responsibility or liability of any kind therefor. Further, airline Group Contract Agreement reservations (with a group being ten or more persons) have processing fees that vary depending upon the airline. Group processing fees are non-refundable in the event of airline flight changes or cancellations and any such fees, non-refundable by the airline, will be added to your land tour package cost. Airlines also reserve the right to add flight change or cancellation fees (“Airline Change Fee”), with each such Airline Change Fee typically being $300 or more. If any such Airline Change Fees are charged by the airline, they are also non-refundable and shall be added to your land tour package cost. Group airfares with all major airline carriers are Economy. Thus, individuals requiring special assistance, special seating, or upgrades when flying will need to make their own flight reservation(s). If you are making your own flight reservations, please be advised that you must use the flight schedule for the tour as provided by IPT. It is your responsibility to be on the same flight as the tour group so that the group arrives together and can begin the tour at the scheduled time. If you are unable to obtain tickets for the same flight as your tour group, you will need to arrive a day earlier than the scheduled tour date, and all costs for this additional day (including without limitation accommodations, dining, and ground transportation) shall be at your own personal expense.   • International Assignor hereby requests such “open access” publication of the Animated abstract and agrees to pay the applicable Fee in accordance with the terms below: [ ] YES [ ] NO The Fee shall be paid initially with a US$ 500 advance payment on giving the Publisher the instruction to start work on the Animated Abstract, and US$ 450 (English language edition) or US$ 950 (Foreign language edition) on completion of the Animated Abstract. PAYMENT TERMS: Xxxxxxx Science shall invoice the Assignor in respect of the Fee. The Assignor shall pay the Fee to Xxxxxxx Science within 15 days of the date of invoice by means of cheque made payable to “Xxxxxxx Science Publishers Ltd”, or by credit card payment or by bank wire transfer. On making bank payments, please ensure that reference is made to our invoice number to avoid your payment not being traced. The Fee shall be paid in full without any deduction or withholding other than as required by law and the Assignor shall not be entitled to assert any credit, set-off, deduction, counterclaim or abatement of any nature whatsoever against Xxxxxxx Science in order to justify withholding payment of any such amount in whole or in part.   • International Users The Service is controlled, operated and administered by the Company from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Company Content accessed through the Website in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

  • International Travel All international flights with the exception of flights between the U.S. and Canada should be reserved through TMC using the “lowest practical coach fare” with the exception of flights that are six (6) or more consecutive hours in length. In such event, the next available seating class above coach shall be reimbursed. When required to travel internationally for business, employees shall be reimbursed for photo fees, application fees, and execution fees when obtaining a new passport book, but fees related to passport renewals are not reimbursable. Visa application and legal fees, entry taxes and departure taxes are reimbursable. The cost of vaccinations that are either required for travel to specific countries or suggested by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services for travel to specific countries, is reimbursable.
