International Cooperation. Members agree to cooperate with each other with a view to eliminating international trade in goods infringing intellectual property rights. For this purpose, they shall establish and notify contact points in their administrations and be ready to exchange information on trade in infringing goods. They shall, in particular, promote the exchange of information and cooperation between customs authorities with regard to trade in counterfeit trademark goods and pirated copyright goods.
International Cooperation. 1. States Parties shall cooperate with each other, consistent with their respective security interests and national laws, to effectively implement this Treaty.

Each Party recognizes that international cooperation is vital to realizing effective protection of intellectual property rights and that it should be encouraged regardless of the origin of the goods infringing intellectual property rights, or the location or nationality of the right holder.

The ESM shall be entitled, for the furtherance of its purposes, to cooperate, within the terms of this Treaty, with the IMF, any State which provides financial assistance to an ESM Member on an ad hoc basis and any international organisation or entity having specialised responsibilities in related fields. CHAPTER 7 TRANSITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS

International Cooperation. 1. The Parties shall cooperate as appropriate in the implementation of this Agreement, and shall, in particular, exchange information, including evidentiary material, relating to activities of fishing vessels in order to assist the flag State in identifying those fishing vessels flying its flag reported to have engaged in activities undermining international conservation and management measures, so as to fulfil its obligations under Article III.
International Cooperation. The Parties shall work together at the WTO to promote increased transparency and to improve and further develop multilateral disciplines on market access, domestic support, and export competition with the objective of substantial progressive reductions in support and protection resulting in fundamental reform.
International Cooperation. ASEAN Member States shall endeavour to participate in international dialogues to enhance ASEAN's energy and/or petroleum security with ASEAN Dialogue Partners and relevant international organisations. During periods of petroleum shortages and emergencies affecting the whole ASEAN region, the ASCOPE Secretary In Charge shall support any mechanism formalised pursuant to the 22nd AMEM in Manila, Philippines on 9 June 2004, on regional consultation and coordination.
International Cooperation. Consistent with this Agreement and upon a unanimous decision of the Council, the ITER Organization may, in furtherance of its purpose, cooperate with other international organizations and institutions, non-Parties, and with organizations and institutions of non-Parties, and conclude agreements or arrangements with them to this effect. The detailed arrangements for such coop- eration shall be determined in each case by the Council.
