International Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International Shopping. Goods estimated to cost more than $200,000 equivalent but $1,000,000 equivalent or less per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines and using standard documentation agreed with the Association.
International Shopping. Goods shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International Shopping. (a) Except as provided in paragraphs 3(a) and 4 hereof, goods under Part A.2 of the Project, estimated to cost $300,000 equivalent or less per contract and $400,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International Shopping. 5. (a) Each supply contract for equipment or materials estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or less (other than minor items) shall be awarded on the basis of international shopping as described in Chapter III of the Guidelines for Procurement.
International Shopping. Goods estimated to cost DEM 1,500,000 equivalent or less per contract and DEM 30,000,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International Shopping. Goods to be procured by purchasers required to follow the Borrower’s public procurement procedures, estimated to cost $200,000 equivalent or less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $800,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International Shopping. Equipment estimated to cost less than US$100,000 (i.e., initial batches of computer equipment, laptops, audio visual and office equipment), and upgrading and updates of equipment and software estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $4,000,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures, after at least three quotations have been obtained, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International Shopping. Except as provided in paragraph 2 hereof, goods under Part C of the Project shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International Shopping. Goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or less per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of comparison of price quotations obtained from at least two suppliers from at least two different countries eligible under the Guidelines, in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Bank.
