Induction, Training and Development. As part of the employerscommitment to professional development, it is a requirement that employees may be required to attend and complete training programs from time to time. The employer will meet the cost of training programs that they require the employee to undertake as part of their employment. The employer will endeavor to arrange the training at a time convenient to the employee. Staff Meetings An employee may be expected to attend and partake in staff meetings from time to time as part of their work. Should an employer require an employee to attend a staff meeting outside of their normal rostered hours of work the employee shall be paid at their agreed wage rate for the hours of attendance.
