AML/KYC Procedures “AML/KYC Procedures” means the customer due diligence (CDD) procedures of a Reporting Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of the jurisdiction concerned to which such Reporting Financial Institution is subject.
Layoff Procedures 120. Layoffs shall be administered pursuant as follows: An employee with permanent seniority in class shall have the right to displace an employee with less permanent seniority in the same class in any department. Hiring Procedures Nothing contained in this Article 4 shall impair any of the rights of the Employer to hire new or additional employees to meet the employment needs of the Employer, in accordance with the terms and provisions of this collective bargaining Agreement or to meet the obligations of the Employer under Article 2, Section H of this Agreement or to take affirmative steps to comply with any requirements under any applicable Federal or State law prohibiting discrimination in employment.

Compliance Policies and Procedures To assist the Fund in complying with Rule 38a-1 of the 1940 Act, BBH&Co. represents that it has adopted written policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent violation of the federal securities laws in fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement and that it has in place a compliance program to monitor its compliance with those policies and procedures. BBH&Co will upon request provide the Fund with information about our compliance program as mutually agreed.
Company Policies and Procedures 7.1.1 The Company will ensure that Employees are able to readily access Company policies and procedures that apply to the Employees.
COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES During the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder, Executive shall adhere to the policies and standards of professionalism set forth in the policies and procedures of the Company and IAC as they may exist from time to time.
