Inclement Weather Reporting Time. (b) The Parties agree that when an Employer or his Representative makes no attempt to notify the Employees by the regular starting time whether work will or will not commence a penalty of three (3) hours shall be paid for each Employee affected and such Employer shall pay the assessment immediately. Where an employee reports for work at the Employer’s job and work is not available because of inclement weather and where the employee has reason to believe that work in progress would be available the Employer shall pay the employee the applicable Travel Allowance and/or Board Allowance.

Inclement Weather Reporting Time. Three (3) hours reporting time plus the applicable travelling allowance and/or board allowance shall be paid by the Employer when an employee covered by this Agreement reports for work at the Employer’s shop or job, but work is not available due to inclement weather, unless reasonable prior notice is given not to report by the Employer before the start of work that day.

Where an Employee reports for work at the Employer’s Job and work is not available because of inclement weather and where the Employee has reason to believe that work in progress would be available the Employer shall pay the Employee the applicable Travel Allowance and/or Board Allowance.

Inclement Weather Reporting Time. In the event that a scheduled school day is cancelled before 7:00 a.m. due only to inclement weather, all members of the Custodial/Maintenance Bargaining Unit shall have the option of working the first shift 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on that day, except as indicated below. A second or third shift employee must report to his/her assigned building on a school cancelled day no later than 1.5 hours following the time of the School Messenger phone call or by 7:30 a.m., whichever occurs later. If it is not possible to be on site no later than 1.5 hours following the time of the School Messenger phone call or by 7:30 a.m., whichever occurs later, the employee will be expected to appear for his/her regularly scheduled shift. It is not necessary to call any supervisor to report a shift change. Simply inform the building supervisor of your shift change upon your arrival. Your work assignment for that day will be determined at that time. If a middle shift employee does not appear prior to the mandated times, it is understood that the employee will appear for his/her normal shift and receive any necessary directions from the supervisor of that building at that time.

  • Reporting TIPS Sales Vendor must report all TIPS Sales to TIPS. If a TIPS sale is initiated by Vendor receiving a TIPS Member’s purchase order from TIPS directly, Vendor may consider that specific TIPS Sale reported. Otherwise, with the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.
