I nspections. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of three (3) years following the date the Department approves the Final Report, Grantee shall permit the Department to monitor the Project to ensure that the Project is being carried out in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

I nspections. The District will have access at all reasonable times to any facility owned, leased or utilized in any way by the School for purposes of inspection and review of the School’s operation and to monitor the School’s compliance with the terms of this Contract.
I nspections. Seller authorizes Purchaser, at Purchaser’s expense, to make a complete inspection of the Property within seven (7) business days from the execution of the Contract of Sale. Within five (5) business days of receipt of any inspection report or within twelve (12) business days of execution of the Contract of Sale, whichever is earlier (the “ Inspection Period”), Purchaser may terminate the Contract of Sale by providing Seller with written notice. If Purchaser does not terminate the Contract of Sale within the Inspection Period, Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the Property “AS IS WHERE IS”, without any deductions from the Purchase Price or offsets of any kind. Purchaser agrees that Seller shall not make any repairs or replacements indicated in Purchaser’s inspection reports and Purchaser agrees it is Purchaser’s sole responsibility to obtain such reports by qualified professionals on any matters, including without limitation, the conditions set forth in paragraph 3 above, the appliances, structural components and alterations to the Property or presence of any environmental conditions or hazardous substances on the Property. If Purchaser properly terminates the Contract of Sale within the Inspection Period, Purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the Xxxxxxx Money from Escrow Agent.
I nspections. The District may conduct an inventory and inspection of Attachments at any time. Licensee shall correct all Attachments that are not found to be in compliance with Applicable Standards within sixty (60) calendar days of notification or such lesser time as may be required for safety reasons. Except as provided for in Article 6.1, if it is found that Licensee has made an Attachment without a Permit, Licensee shall pay a fee as specified in Appendix A, Item 3 in addition to applicable Permit and Make-Ready charges. If it is found that five percent (5%) or more of Licensee’s Attachments are either in non- compliance or not permitted, Licensee shall pay its pro-rata share of the costs of the entire inspection.
I nspections. Work performed and Materials furnished shall be subject to inspection, observation, and testing by Owner Parties at their discretion. Owner Parties’ inspection of the Work is to independently determine if the Contract Documents’ requirements are met and shall not relieve Design-Builder of its responsibility to ensure the Work meets the Contract Documents’ requirements, including Design-Builder’s own testing and inspection requirements.

  • Inspections The Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property as often as deemed necessary by the Servicer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices to assure itself that the value of the Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, if any Mortgage Loan is more than 45 days delinquent, the Servicer promptly shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and shall conduct subsequent inspections in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. Upon request, the Servicer shall produce an electronic report of each such inspection.

  • Audits/Inspections Contractor agrees to permit the County’s Auditor-Controller or the Auditor- Controller’s authorized representative (including auditors from a private auditing firm hired by the County) access during normal working hours to all books, accounts, records, reports, files, financial records, supporting documentation, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable records, and other papers or property of Contractor for the purpose of auditing or inspecting any aspect of performance under this Contract. The inspection and/or audit will be confined to those matters connected with the performance of the Contract including, but not limited to, the costs of administering the Contract. The County will provide reasonable notice of such an audit or inspection. The County reserves the right to audit and verify the Contractor’s records before final payment is made. Contractor agrees to maintain such records for possible audit for a minimum of three years after final payment, unless a longer period of records retention is stipulated under this Contract or by law. Contractor agrees to allow interviews of any employees or others who might reasonably have information related to such records. Further, Contractor agrees to include a similar right to the County to audit records and interview staff of any subcontractor related to performance of this Contract. Should the Contractor cease to exist as a legal entity, the Contractor’s records pertaining to this Contract shall be forwarded to the County’s project manager.

  • Audits and Inspections At any time during normal business hours and as often as the CITY may deem necessary, there shall be made available to the CITY for examination all of CONTRACTOR’S records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall permit the CITY to audit, examine, and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, payrolls, records of personnel, conditions of employment and other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Inspections, Records, and Cooperation The Owner agrees to provide any information pertinent to this Contract which the Program Administrator, PJ, or HUD may reasonably require. Further, upon reasonable notice to the Owner, Owner agrees to provide access to the Program Administrator, PJ, HUD, or their representatives to the Unit, the property on which the Unit is located, and the Owner’s records (wherever located) relevant to this Contract and compliance with Program requirements. The Owner must grant access to relevant computerized or other electronic records and to any computers, equipment, or facilities containing such records, and must provide any information or assistance needed to access the records.
