Owner Parties definition

Owner Parties means (a) New Braunfels Utilities (collectively referred to as “Owner”), (b) the Project, (c) any lender whose loan is secured by a lien against the Work, (d) their respective shareholders, members, partners, joint venturers, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns, (e) any directors, officers, employees, or agents of such persons or entities, and (f) others as required by the Contract Documents.

Owner Parties means Owner, its parent company (if any), subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, any entity or entities (other than Supplier Parties) that own or operate the Work Site(s) and their respective directors, officers, managers, members, shareholders, employees, agents, engineers, representatives, successors, and assigns.

Owner Parties means, individually or collectively, as the case may be, Owner, Design Professional and Contract Administrator provided, however, Owner shall have the exclusive right to change at any time such parties so designated as Owner Parties.

Examples of Owner Parties in a sentence

• Each Commercial General Liability policy and automobile liability policy shall include an Additional Insured Endorsement issued to all of the Owner Parties, with such additional insured coverage provided on a primary and non-contributory basis.

• All insurance coverage carried by Contractor shall be primary, and any insurance coverage carried by Owner Parties shall be only excess coverage.

• Each policy carried by Contractor and its Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors shall include a waiver of subrogation endorsement for the benefit of Owner Parties.

• The Owner Parties shall be named as an additional insured under such policy.

• Such umbrella or excess policy shall be endorsed to name the Owner Parties as additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis.
