Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Vacation. Where a FT or PPT employee is on vacation with pay, and the statutory holiday assigned within the employee’s schedule in accordance with Clause 17.2 (Scheduling of Statutory Holidays) falls within that period, the assigned statutory holiday shall not count as a day of vacation.
