Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest. (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.

Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest. When a paid holiday falls on a regular employee's day of rest, the Employer will make every reasonable effort to give the employee a lieu day off with pay on the first regularly scheduled workday following the day of rest so affected. Where this is not possible, the lieu day will be scheduled by mutual agreement and taken within six months of the day in which it was earned. An employee may, by mutual agreement, take lieu days off together with their vacation in accordance with Clause 18.5 (Vacation Schedules).

Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest. When a calendar day designated as a holiday under Clause 12.01 coincides with an employee's day of rest, the employee shall receive seven point five (7.5) hours off in lieu of the holiday at a later date approved by the Employer. If such time off is not granted within sixty (60) days of the scheduled holiday, the employee shall receive pay at the applicable rate of pay.
Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest. If one of the above named holidays occurs on a full time employee's regular day off, or during her vacation period the full time employee shall receive an additional day off with pay in lieu thereof, unless otherwise arranged between the full time employee and the Employer, or the full time employee shall receive a day's pay. Lieu days arising from designated paid holidays shall be scheduled with the mutual agreement of the Employer subject to operational requirements. Full time employees will have the option of taking the lieu day in time off or in pay.
