Higher Duties/Mixed Functions. (a) When a Senior Lifeguard is requested to act, and acts, as an Aquatic Supervisor for a minimum of 4 hours, they will be paid the minimum salary rate for the higher classification for all the time so worked.

Higher Duties/Mixed Functions. 36.6.1 Where the team member is required by the Employer to work higher duties within the same department, for two or more hours of one day on duties carrying a higher rate than their ordinary classification must be paid the higher rate for such day. If for less than two hours the Employee must be paid the higher rate for the time so worked.

CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.
