Higher Duties/Mixed Functions. 36.6.1 Where the team member is required by the Employer to work higher duties within the same department, for two or more hours of one day on duties carrying a higher rate than their ordinary classification must be paid the higher rate for such day. CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.
