Salary Increment. Temporary and Casual Employees shall be entitled to salary increase as provided in the salary schedule upon the completion of the same number of regular hours of work as a Full-time Employee.
Salary Increment. The Employer, on the recommendation of the Head of the Department, may grant an increment for meritorious service to a Seasonal Employee after the Seasonal Employee has served for the lessor of two (2) seasons or twelve (12) months following the first day of the month established in Article 38.05 or the lesser of two (2) seasons or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in their rate of compensation established in Article 38.02, 38.03, or 38.04.

A person must be employed as of January 1st of any new year to receive advancement on the salary scale. The Board will inform the Association of all unscheduled and arbitrary salary changes.
Salary Increment. On a year to year basis following the Anniversary Date, the Employee shall be advanced to the next level on the increment scale within the Employee’s classification as listed in Appendix “A”.
