Guidelines for the annual progress report The annual progress report is an intermediate report on the progress made. You are responsible for the timely preparation of the annual progress report and for its timely delivery to the supervisor. The PhD candidate is responsible for the timely preparation of the annual progress report and for its timely delivery to the supervisor. After reaching agreement on the contents, the annual progress report is signed by the PhD candidate and by the supervisor. The PhD candidate keeps copies of the signed annual progress reports as part of his/her ‘PhD Training Portfolio’. Guidelines for the. SHOP METERPERSON TRAINING PROGRAM An employee appointed to the Shop Meterperson classificationwill be placed at the beginning step of the classification and progress through the training program. Placement at other than the beginning will require agreement between the Company and Union except as provided for in the job description for the Apprentice Meterpenon.
