Grades & Transcripts. LACOE will provide host district Principal the LACOE Board of Education approved course descriptions for host district course description data management system entry for purposes of transcript documentation and grading. Courses shall be identified by course number outlining whether the course is designated as credit required, modified or alternate education curriculum. These notations should not be used to identify programs for students with disability and will be consistent with district identification for classes such as advanced placement, honors, and basic and remedial instruction and not to violate Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 or Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act regulations. Diploma -bound LACOE students attending host site programs shall be entered into the data management systems at the district of service for purposes of generating class lists, accounting for student body needs (i.e. safety, reporting etc) issuing grades and transcripts by host site staff. Non diploma bound students will be issued grades and transcripts from LACOE. LACOE staff is required to maintain separate registers for the education program, each related services and services provided by instructional assistants, behavior aides and bus aides per LACOE policy for attendance accounting purposes. Per California Education Code section 49066(b) LACOE teachers will issue grades for LACOE students enrolled in LACOE courses. Host district teachers will issue grades for LACOE students enrolled in host site mainstream courses. If during the course of the year, it is determined that students enrolled in LACOE programs no longer require special education services at the host site and when the students’ enrollment is primarily or solely in the host site, an IEP meeting will be held within 30 days with the district of residence to return the student to his/her district of residence. Consideration should be given to 11th and 12th grade students and an inter-district transfer, if appropriate, may be considered. Transferring ADA to host site would then occur once the transfer was approved by both parties and a change of enrollment occurred.

  • Transcripts When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR, at the close of each semester or upon LEA student transfer, shall prepare transcripts for LEA pupils in grades nine through twelve inclusive, and submit them on LEA approved forms to the LEA pupil’s district of residence, for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements, or if appropriate, a Certificate of Completion, as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA names of LEA pupils and their schools of residence for whom transcripts have been submitted as specified by the LEA.

  • Fingerprinting For purposes of this Agreement and because the District will provide a qualified employee for the supervision of District's students at all times that Consultant is present and performing services at an active school site, Consultant shall be relieved of the requirements to provide a criminal background check pursuant to California Education Code 45125.1.

  • Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent.

  • Laboratory a. Drug tests shall be conducted by laboratories licensed and approved by SAMSHA which comply with the American Occupational Medical Association (AOMA) ethical standards. Upon advance notice, the parties retain the right to inspect the laboratory to determine conformity with the standards described in this policy. The laboratory will only test for drugs identified in this policy. The City shall bear the cost of all required testing unless otherwise specified herein.

  • Photos Seller will not supply or instruct Broker to load any photos that were previously uploaded to the MLS by another company, even if Seller owns the copyright to such photos, unless Xxxxxx has the written permission from the broker who previously published the photos in MLS. Seller agrees Broker is not responsible to check past listings for photo compliance. Any claims in this regard will be handled as a dispute according to the terms of Paragraph 19 of this Contract.

  • Pupil Safety and Fingerprinting CONTRACTOR shall comply with all provisions of the Education Code which protect the safety of any pupil that may come in contact with employees of the CONTRACTOR. Pursuant to Education Code section 45125.1, CONTRACTOR shall conduct criminal background checks of ALL employees of CONTRACTOR assigned to the PROJECT site, and shall certify that no employees who have been convicted of serious or violent felonies, as specified in Education Code Section 45125.1, will have contact with pupils, by utilizing the General Certification Regarding Background Checks Form. As part of such certification, CONTRACTOR must provide the District with a list of all employees providing services pursuant to this Agreement, and designate which sites such employees will be assigned. In performing the services set forth in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall not utilize any employees who are not included on the above-referenced list. At District’s sole discretion, District may make a finding, as authorized under Education Code section 45125.1, that CONTRACTOR’s employees will have only “limited contact” with pupils. In accordance with Education Code Section 45125.2, a CONTRACTOR performing construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or repair services to a school facility shall not be required to perform Section 45125.1 background checks of all employees assigned to the PROJECT site if such CONTRACTOR installs a physical barrier at the worksite to limit employee contact with pupils and/or provides continual supervision and monitoring of all employees of the CONTRACTOR by an employee of the CONTRACTOR whom the Department of Justice has ascertained has not been convicted of a violent or serious felony. Such CONTRACTOR shall certify to the District its compliance with one of the aforementioned alternatives under Education Code Section 45125.2 pertaining to pupil safety with the form entitled CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION REGARDING BACKGROUND CHECKS which is on file at the Administrative Office of the DISTRICT. Contractor’s failure to comply with the law or Article VI, Paragraph 4 of this Agreement shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement upon where this Agreement may be terminated, at District’s sole discretion, without any further compensation to Contractor.

  • Conferences At the request of the State or the Engineer, conferences shall be provided at the Engineer's office, the office of the State, or at other locations designated by the State. These conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineer's services and work when requested by the State.
