Future Initiatives. During the term of this agreement the parties are committed to exploring the undermentioned initiatives in a consultative manner. Nothing in this agreement shall be taken to limit the ability for these initiatives to be implemented subject to G&WA and affected employees considering and addressing any training, working arrangement, safety, remuneration or other relevant considerations. If during the BPA Ordering Period such an initiative comes to fruition, the government reserves the right to expand the scope, the pricing and terms and conditions of this BPA to include these authorized customers.
