Furnishing of Equipment. EMPLOYER shall furnish and deliver all equipment for the use of EMPLOYEES.
Furnishing of Equipment. EMPLOYER shall furnish and deliver all equipment for the use of EMPLOYEES. No EMPLOYEE shall furnish nor haul in their own automobiles such equipment. The EMPLOYERS shall furnish to all EMPLOYEES protective apparel necessary to safeguard EMPLOYEES from health hazards, as prescribed for by Federal regulations.

The Employer shall furnish and deliver scaffolding, planking, ladders and other customarily used equipment for the use of EMPLOYEES who shall not furnish nor haul in their own automobiles, such equipment for any Employer for whom they may work. Protective equipment shall be furnished by the Employer when required.
Furnishing of Equipment. 2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Seller agrees to provide and Purchaser agrees to buy as needed, the Products listed in the attached Exhibit A and at the purchase price set forth therein, but in no event will the total compensation to be paid hereunder exceed the specified sum of $INSERT AMOUNT unless prior written authorization from ITS has been obtained. Purchaser shall submit a purchase order signed by a representative of Purchaser itemizing the Products to be purchased. The purchase order shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The parties agree that Purchaser reserves the right to adjust the quantities of purchases based upon the availability of funding or as determined necessary by Purchaser. Seller guarantees pricing for a period of INSERT # days. In the event there is a national price decrease of the Products bid during this time, Seller agrees to extend the new, lower pricing to Purchaser.
Furnishing of Equipment. No employee shall be required to furnish any equipment to perform his duties, unless herein provided. Where required Companies will provide regular uniforms or smocks.
Furnishing of Equipment. No employee shall furnish his own equipment (other than trade tools), or use such in furthering or assisting the Producer, when compensated at minimum wage rates.

There will also be a reimbursement of up to $60 per year for shoes, with proof of receipt (on the employees anniversary date) for cabin cleaners.
