Wages & Benefits. The internship has no financial costs for the Politecnico di Torino. During the internship the intern could be entitled to an allowance of in charged to the Company/Insitution according to the national law or referring to specific internal policy of the Company/Insitution.
Wages & Benefits. 8.1 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be classified in accordance with work performed and paid by the C/S/E/D the hourly wage rates for those classifications in compliance with the applicable prevailing wage rate determination established pursuant to applicable law. If a prevailing rate increases under law, the C/S/E/D shall pay that rate as of its effective date under the law. Notwithstanding Section 2.3, this Agreement does not relieve C/S/E/Ds from any independent contractual or other obligation they may have to pay wages in excess of the prevailing wage rate as required.
Wages & Benefits. 10.1 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be classified in accordance with work performed and paid according to the hourly wage rates for those classifications pursuant to the applicable Schedule A agreement.
