Common use of Furnishing of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Furnishing of Equipment. The Employer shall furnish and deliver scaffolding, planking, ladders and other customarily used equipment for the use of EMPLOYEES who shall not furnish nor haul in their own automobiles, such equipment for any Employer for whom they may work. Protective equipment shall be furnished by the Employer when required.
