This Agreement may only be amended or modified by an instrument in writing signed by Supplier and Buyer, and no provision of this Agreement and no right or obligation of either party under this Agreement may be waived expect by an instrument in writing signed by the party waiving the provision, right or obligation. Company acknowledges and agrees that Oracle is not responsible for, and has no obligation to control, monitor, or correct, Third Party Content. Oracle disclaims all liabilities arising from or related to Third Party Content. Oracle may cease providing access to Third Party Content at any time without any liability to Company. Any changes to Third Party Content, including its unavailability, during the Term does not affect Company’s obligations under this MSA, and Company will not be entitled to any refund, credit or other compensation due to any such changes.
