Full-Time Union Duties. Leave of absence without pay for full-time Union employment shall be granted the following conditions:
Full-Time Union Duties. (a) The Employer shall grant, on written request, leave of absence without pay for employees selected for a full-time position with the Union or an affiliate of the Union. On returning, the employee shall be eligible to return to his/her former position with the Employer at the point of assembly nearest his/her residence.

  • Full-Time Union Office Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Hospital will give reasonable consideration to a request for leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full time Union office.
