Fuel; Manuals. Upon the return of the Airframe upon any termination of this Lease in accordance with paragraph (a) of this Section 5, (i) Lessor shall pay Lessee, as compensation for any fuel or oil contained in the fuel or oil tanks of such Airframe, the value of such fuel or oil at the price paid by Lessee for such fuel or oil, as the case may be, and (ii) Lessee shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Lessor all logs, manuals and data and inspection, maintenance, modification and overhaul records required to be maintained with respect thereto under applicable rules and regulations of each country under the laws of which the Aircraft has been registered during the period of operation thereof, which logs, manuals, data and records, if not maintained in English, shall be translated into English at Lessee's expense.

Fuel; Manuals. Upon the return of the Airframe in accordance ---- ------- with this Section 8(d), (i) Lessee shall cause each fuel tank to contain the same quantity of fuel as was contained in such tanks when such Airframe was delivered to Lessee on the Delivery Date (which shall be presumed to be 50 percent (50%) of full capacity unless otherwise specified on the Delivery Date) or, in the case of differences in such quantity, an appropriate adjustment will be made by payment, at the then current market price of fuel by Lessee to Lessor, or Lessor to Lessee, as appropriate, and (ii) Lessee shall deliver to Lessor all logs, manuals and data and inspection, modification and overhaul records required to be maintained with respect thereto under applicable rules and regulations of the FAA.

Fuel; Manuals. Upon the return of the Airframe upon any termination of this Lease in accordance with paragraph (a) of this Section 5, (i) Lessee shall have no obligation with respect to the amount of fuel or oil contained in the Airframe, and all fuel or oil remaining on board the Airframe shall be the property of Lessor without charge, and (ii) Lessee shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Lessor all original logs, manuals and data and inspection, modification and overhaul records (which logs, manuals, data and records shall be true and accurate as of the date of return) required to be maintained with respect to the Airframe, the Engines or any Part thereof in accordance with Section 7(a) hereof.

Fuel; Manuals. Upon the return of any Aircraft, (i) each fuel tank and oil tank shall contain the same quantity of fuel or oil as was contained in the fuel and oil tanks when such Aircraft was delivered to Lessee (such quantities at the time of delivery to be set forth in the related Lease Supplement), or, in the case of differences in any such quantities, an appropriate adjustment will be made by payment at the then current market price of fuel or oil, as the case may be; and (ii) Lessee shall deliver to Lessor all logs, manuals and data, and inspection, modification and overhaul records required to be maintained with respect thereto under applicable rules and regulations.

Fuel; Manuals. Upon the return of each Aircraft, each fuel tank and oil tank shall contain the same quantity of fuel or oil as was contained in the fuel and oil tanks when such Aircraft was delivered to Sublessee on the Delivery Date in respect of such Aircraft. Upon the return of each Aircraft, Sublessee shall deliver to Lessee at least one original or certified copy of all logs, manuals and data, and inspection, modification and overhaul records (including all job cards) required to be maintained with respect to such Aircraft under applicable rules and regulations of the Bermuda Aviation Authority and such other additional records as would be necessary for the FAA or EASA (at the election of the Sublessee) to issue an unrestricted certificate of airworthiness, passenger transport category, for such Aircraft and if any thereof are not in English, certified English translations thereof (collectively, the “Manuals and Technical Records”). To secure its obligations hereunder and under the other Operative Documents, Sublessee hereby grants to Lessee and its assignee, the Security Trustee, a security interest in the Manuals and Technical Records and all proceeds thereof.
