At the time of return of the Manuals and Technical Records for the Aircraft and the other documents required to be delivered by Lessee pursuant to this Section 9.14 to Lessor and provided such documents are in the condition they are required to be in hereunder, Lessee and Lessor shall execute the Acceptance Certificate (Return).
Such Manuals and Technical Records and other records shall be sufficient to establish and certify that the Aircraft has been maintained on an FAA-approved maintenance program.
At the time of delivery of the Aircraft, the Lessor shall deliver to the Lessee one (1) copy of each of the Manuals and Technical Records (including current revisions thereto).
