Acceptance and Lease. Lessor hereby agrees (subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 4(a) of the Participation Agreement) to accept the transfer of title from and simultaneously to lease to Lessee hereunder, and Lessee hereby agrees (subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 4(b) of the Participation Agreement) to lease from Lessor hereunder, the Aircraft as evidenced by the execution by Lessor and Lessee of a Lease Supplement leasing the Aircraft hereunder. Lessee hereby agrees that such acceptance of the Aircraft by Lessor shall, without further act, irrevocably constitute acceptance by Lessee of such Aircraft for all purposes of this Lease.
Acceptance and Lease. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent contained in the Credit Agreement and the occurrence of the Initial Borrowing Date, Lessor hereby agrees to lease to Lessee hereunder, and Lessee hereby agrees to accept on the Initial Borrowing Date from Lessor hereunder, the Aircraft as evidenced by the execution by Lessor and Lessee of a Lease Supplement leasing the Aircraft hereunder. Lessee agrees to appoint in writing one or more of its employees as its authorized representative to accept delivery of the Aircraft pursuant to the terms hereof. Lessee hereby agrees that acceptance of delivery by such employee or employees shall, without further act, irrevocably constitute acceptance by Lessee of the Aircraft for all purposes of this Lease Agreement.
Acceptance and Lease. The Lessor, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 3.1 of the Participation Agreement, hereby agrees to lease all of the Leased Property (the location of which is more particularly described on Exhibit A hereto) to the Lessee hereunder and the Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of the Lessor, to lease from the Lessor for the Lease Term, all of the Leased Property. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Lessee acknowledges that the leasehold estate conveyed by this Lease and Lessee’s rights hereunder are expressly made subject and subordinate to the terms and conditions of the matters listed in Schedule B to the Title Policy and all other Permitted Liens, and any other Liens not constituting Lessor Liens. Subject to Articles XII and XVIII hereof, the Lessor will not lease nor otherwise make the Leased Property, in whole or in part, available to any Person other than the Lessee and its permitted successors, assigns and sublessees during the Lease Term, and (without derogating in any way from the Lessor’s rights under Article XV hereof) during the Lease Term the Lessee shall have unimpeded physical control of the Leased Property notwithstanding the Lessor’s rights to inspect the Leased Property under Article XV.

Acceptance and Lease. Lessor hereby agrees (subject to satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article III) to accept delivery of each Item of Equipment from the sellers thereof and to lease such Item of Equipment to Lessee hereunder, and Lessee hereby agrees, immediately following such acceptance by Lessor, to lease from Lessor hereunder each such Item of Equipment, such acceptance by Lessor and lease by Lessee to be evidenced by the execution and delivery by Lessee and Lessor of this Lease, all in accordance with Article III. Lessee hereby agrees that its execution and delivery of this Lease shall, without further act, as between Lessor and Lessee irrevocably constitute an agreement by Lessee to lease each Item of Equipment for all purposes of this Lease.
Acceptance and Lease. Lessee hereby agrees that such execution shall, without further act, irrevocably constitute acceptance by Lessee of such Aircraft for all purposes of this Lease.
Acceptance and Lease. Lessor, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article III of the Participation Agreement, hereby agrees to accept delivery on the Delivery Date of title to the Acquired Property and to lease all of Lessor's interest in the Units to Lessee hereunder, and Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of Lessor, to lease from Lessor for the Lease Term, Lessor's interest in the Acquired Property, such acceptance by Lessor and lease by Lessee to be evidenced by the execution and delivery by Lessee of an Acceptance Certificate.
Acceptance and Lease. The agreement of the Lessor to lease the Leased Property to the Lessee hereunder and the agreement of the Lessee to lease from the Lessor for the Lease Term the Leased Property shall be evidenced by the execution and delivery by such parties of the Lease Supplement with respect to the Leased Property. Subject to Articles XII and XVIII hereof, the Lessor will not lease nor otherwise make the Leased Property, in whole or in part, available to any Person other than the Lessee and its permitted successors, assigns and sublessees during the Lease Term, and (without derogating in any way from the Lessor’s rights under Articles XV or XVIII hereof) during the Lease Term the Lessee shall have unimpeded physical control of the Leased Property notwithstanding the Lessor’s rights to inspect the Leased Property in accordance with Article XV.

Acceptance and Lease. It is hereby acknowledged that Original -------------------- Lessor acquired the U.S. Ownership Interest from Lessee pursuant to the Japanese Lease Assignment and simultaneously leased the Aircraft to Lessee under the Original Lease, and Lessee leased from Lessor under the Original Lease, the Aircraft as evidenced by the execution by Lessor and Lessee of a Lease Supplement leasing the Aircraft. Lessor authorized one or more employees of Lessee, designated by Lessee in writing, as the authorized representative or representatives of Lessor to accept delivery of the Aircraft. Such representatives accepted delivery of the Aircraft for all purposes of the Original Lease and this Lease. Lessor hereby agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee and Lessee hereby agrees to lease the Aircraft from Lessor, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Lease.
