For AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STATE, each Party will report to the other Percent Interstate Usage (PIU), Percent Local Usage (PLU) and Percent Local Facility (PLF) factors in order to determine the appropriate charges to be billed to the originating Party in accordance with Section 6.13.3 below.

The Records provided will be in a standard EMI format. AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE provision of 8YY Toll Free Dialing (TFD) to CLEC requires interconnection from CLEC to AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE’s 8YY Signal Channel Point (SCP). Such interconnections shall be established pursuant to AT&T-22STATE’s Common Channel Signaling Interconnection Guidelines and Telcordia’s CCS Network Interface Specification document, TR-TSV-000905. CLEC shall establish SS7 interconnection at the AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE Local Signal Transfer Points serving the AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE 8YY SCPs that CLEC desires to query.
