All ISP. Bound Traffic for a given usage month shall be due and owing at the same time as payments for Section 251(b)(5) Traffic and Non-toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic under this Attachment. The Parties agree that all terms and conditions regarding disputed MOUs, nonpayment, partial payment, late payment, interest on outstanding balances, or other billing and payment terms shall apply to ISP-Bound Traffic the same as for Section 251(b)(5) Traffic and Non-toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic under this Attachment.
