The Indemnified Party may contest the claim by referring to the Appropriate Commission for which it is entitled to be Indemnified under Article 14.1.1(a) or 14.1.2(a) and the Indemnifying Party shall reimburse to the Indemnified Party all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Indemnified party.
The terms used in this Agreement, unless as defined below or repugnant to the context, shall have the same meaning as assigned to them by the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules or regulations framed there under, including those issued / framed by the Appropriate Commission (as defined hereunder), as amended or re-enacted from time to time.
