COVID-19 definition

COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions or mutations thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.

  • The Company is in compliance in all material respects with, and each of the Company Plans and any related trust, insurance contract or fund is and has been established, maintained, funded, operated and administered in all material respects in accordance with its respective terms and is in compliance in all material respects with, all Applicable Laws, including ERISA, the Code, and COVID-19 Relief.

  • Within the Premises, Tenant shall observe and comply with any and all federal, state, and local authorities with jurisdiction over the Building or the Premises or the operation of Tenant’s business therein, including, without limitation, those public health requirements and guidelines issued in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic (collectively, the “Public Health Guidelines”).
