Energy Resource Interconnection Service. (ER Interconnection Service).
Energy Resource Interconnection Service. The service provided by NYISO to interconnect the Interconnection Customer’s Small Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System in accordance with the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard, to enable the New York State Transmission System to receive Energy and Ancillary Services from the Small Generating Facility, pursuant to the terms of the NYISO OATT.

Energy Resource Interconnection Service. The service provided by NYISO to interconnect the Interconnection Customer’s Small Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System in accordance with the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard, to enable the New York State Transmission System to receive Energy and Ancillary Services from the Small Generating Facility, pursuant to the terms of the NYISO OATT. Existing Collection Station - As defined in Attachment 2. Final Interconnection - Interconnection of the Small Generating Facility upon completion of installation, testing and commissioning of the System Upgrade Facilities and Interconnection Facilities, and termination of the Interim Constrained Operation Period.
Energy Resource Interconnection Service. 4.1.1.1. The Product. Energy Resource Interconnection Service allows Interconnection Customer to connect the Generating Facility to the Transmission System or the Distribution System. When the interconnection is to the Transmission System, Energy Resource Interconnection Service provides the opportunity for the Interconnection Customer to be eligible to deliver the Generating Facility's output using the existing firm or non-firm capacity of the Transmission System on an "as available" basis. To the extent Interconnection Customer wants to receive Energy Resource Interconnection Service, Transmission Provider shall construct and the Interconnection Customer shall pay for the facilities identified in Appendix A (Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades), subject to Section 11.5 of this GIA.

Federal Power Act shall mean the Federal Power Act, as amended, 16 U.S.C. §§ 791a et seq. (“FPA”).
