Percent Local Usage or "PLU" is a calculation which represents the ratio of the local minutes to the sum of local and IntraLATA Toll minutes sent between the Parties over Local Interconnection trunks. Directory Assistance Services, CMRS traffic, transiting calls from other LECs and Switched Access Services are not included in the calculation of PLU. "Performance Indicator Definitions" or "PIDs" shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit B.
