EXISTING CONDITIONS COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS. Central to this task will be a review existing plan documents with relevancy to the plan update and the collection of information on current trends and data through field and desktop research. As described in the RFP and as part of this assessment, the Xxxxxx Team will address the key substantive elements summarized below in text and GIS format for the city and for the four small focus areas. ELEMENT INVENTORY & ANALYSIS Land Use Document existing land use patterns and trends and compare with community needs and desires to develop goals, policies and strategies for future land use that support community goals. This includes identifying potential recommended character areas as part of the community character assessment. Infrastructure Document and notate the existing infrastructure including utilities, roads, and pedestrian and bicycle connections to determine connectivity, capacity and availability. Housing Document neighborhoods by age/era and identify the general nature, type and quality of the existing housing stock. We will also identify the currently zoned vacant residential properties to determine the number of single family dwelling units that can be built. Economic Development Identify existing economic development goals and objectives based on discussion with the City, research, data analysis (e.g. ESRI Business Analyst, BLS, etc.). community input and review of existing plans. We will also identify the currently zoned vacant residential and industrial properties to determine the square footage of commercial and industrial land that can be developed.

  • DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS The goal of this task is to collect operational data from the project, to analyze that data for economic and environmental impacts, and to include the data and analysis in the Final Report. Formulas will be provided for calculations. A Final Report data collection template will be provided by the Energy Commission. The Recipient shall: • Develop data collection test plan. • Troubleshoot any issues identified. • Collect data, information, and analysis and develop a Final Report which includes: o Total gross project costs. o Length of time from award of bus(es) to project completion. o Fuel usage before and after the project.

  • Financial Conditions Section 4.01. (a) The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system, including records and accounts, and prepare financial statements in a format acceptable to the Bank, adequate to reflect the operations, resources and expenditures in respect of the Project and each Sub-project (including its cost and the benefits to be derived from it).

This information is subject to audit and payment for these costs is dependent on Owner’s receipt of accurate and complete records of all transactions. Owner may reduce the amount requested for General Conditions Costs in any Application for Payment if Owner, in its good faith judgment, determines that the unpaid balance of the General Conditions line item in the Schedule of Values is not sufficient to fund necessary General Conditions Costs for the remainder of the Project.
