Commercial and Industrial definition

Commercial and Industrial means water use integral to the production of goods and/or services by any establishment having financial profit as their primary aim. Commercial rates may also be applicable to multifamily units for related services.
Commercial and Industrial means any use group to include all residential as defined by the latest adopted edition of the International Building Code, and the latest adopted edition of the International Residential Code.
Commercial and Industrial means a structure designed or intended to be used, or actually used, for purposes other than residential purposes. Structures on land zoned Industrial or Commercial arepresumed to be industrial or commercial.
