Single Family definition

Single Family is a preface that means that a Mortgage Loan is secured by a Mortgage covering real property improved by a one-, two-, three- or four-family residence.

Single Family means the residential use of land for a Lot that contains a Building consisting of a single Dwelling Unit, and which Building may include a Secondary Suite.
